Isle of Capri Tomato, Feta and Balsamico Salad

INGREDIENTS
800g Isle of Capri tomatoes (cut into thick slices)
1 tsp flaky sea salt
2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
2-3 tablespoons balsamico
125g Clevedon Valley Buffalo Feta, crumbled
extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
24 basil leaves, cut or torn into small pieces
METHOD
Place tomato slices onto individual plates or a platter. Lightly sprinkle with onion followed by salt.
Lightly drizzle with balsamico. Crumble fetta and sprinkle onto tomatoes. Lightly drizzle olive oil over and around tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil.
