“ I had the pleasure of a mystery weekend with a group of friends, staying at Raumati. Friday night we had our evening meal catered by Ruth and the team. It turned up with everything that goes with a meal. Sauces, napkins, cutlery you name it, it was there. Instructions on how to cook and serve these dishes. Attention to detail 10/10, quality of food 10/10, flavour to die for 10/10. We had so much food that no one could eat dessert that night so we saved it for after the rugby game the next night. We then got online to see if recipes were available and found Ruth has a shop, so detour on way home to Tauranga. Items were purchased along with Ruth's cook book and I had the pleasure of meeting Ruth and she signed it for me. I will be back and will be looking to do a class next time.”
