CRISPY FRIED GARLIC
(serves 4-6 Asian style banquet)
Crispy Fried Garlic is an accompaniment for Salmon & Coconut Soup recipe.
125ml (1/2 cup) canola or peanut oil
20g (5) cloves garlic (thinly sliced into strips)
- Heat a medium-size heavy-based frypan to medium hot and add oil. Add garlic and fry until golden brown, being careful not to burn. Remove quickly to avoid over-browning or burning. Strain oil and save to use again. This recipe is an accompaniment for Salmon & Coconut Soup
