TANGY ORANGE DRESSING

Description

(makes 300ml to 350 ml)


This dressing is also excellent drizzled over freshly cooked asparagus.

INGREDIENTS

250ml (1 cup) grapeseed oil
grated rind of 1 orange
juice of 1 orange
flesh of 1 orange

2 tbsp runny honey
1 tsp flaky sea salt

METHOD

  • Place grapeseed oil, orange rind, juice and flesh, honey and salt in a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade and process to combine. Taste for seasoning and store covered in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Remove from refrigerator for an hour prior to serving.
