SESAME GINGER DRESSING
Description
(yields 180ml)
INGREDIENTS
100ml (1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp) olive oil
35ml (2 tbsp plus 1 tsp) sesame oil
20ml (1 tbsp plus 1 tsp) light soy sauce
10ml (3 tsp) lemon juice
1 + 1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
4 tbsp finely sliced chives
1 + 1/2 tsp grated palm sugar
flaky sea salt freshly ground black pepper
METHOD
- In a small bowl place olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce and lemon juice and mix.
- Add lemon zest, ginger, chives, palm sugar with salt and pepper to taste and whisk together.
- Cover and set aside in refrigerator.
