LEMON CREAM CHEESE
This recipe is served with Little Corn Fritters with Lemon Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon
200g cream cheese (cubed)
¼ cup (4 tbsp) chopped chives
Maldon sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
30ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
- Place cream cheese, chives, salt, pepper and lemon juice into a bowl and, using a wooden spoon, mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate till required.
