Bonjour Mesdames et Messieurs. Believe it or believe it not Christmas is coming. If I had a goose it would be getting fat. I love travel just as much as you do and top of my list has always been France, particularly the countryside. We can still dream about France but better still we can eat! 

Our Christmas classes have a well-deserved reputation for being not only deliciously tasty (goes without saying) with new ideas blended with familiar flavours, a lot of fun, all dressed up with a tasty theme and a riot of colour. Christmas Class students sign up for a very fun big day out so at home they can create an extremely exhilarating Christmas day dinner. Everyone has a wonderful time and  as Édith Piaf would say (or sing) there will be no regrets. 

We promise you magnifique food with abundant hints knowing that you love food, love cooking, and the people you are cooking for. Hoping I can help you with Christmas day organisation: what you can make ahead, what will freeze or keep, how to manage oven space and working out a handy timetable for the day.

The idea is to mix things up. Not necessarily set courses. Lots of different dishes, so there is always something for everyone: seafood, meat, salads and vegetables, fresh as can be and exploring fun, festive flavours. And you may never forget Les treize desserts.  À bientot mon ami.

Covid-19 Cancellations

If any 2021 Christmas Class dates are not able to proceed due to Covid-19 we would try first to reschedule you to a suitable date. Should no suitable dates be available we will give you a gift voucher for the full value which can be used in our Kitchen Shop and online or for a future class. If preferred we would arrange a full refund.
