We are looking forward to warmer spring days. At the first hint of sunshine we sure love any excuse to gather for a feast with family and friends. This is the class to free you from kitchen constraints when entertaining.
On the menu will be ample spring herbs and greens from our flourishing garden, hidden behind those hedges. Fingers crossed for sunshine as we would love to show you the herb garden.
Join us in the Springfield House kitchen where Ruth will show you how to prepare a mouth-watering spring feast. Lunch will be served after the class on dining tables decorated with freshly cut spring flowers from our garden.
Class 10.00am – 4.30pm, morning tea served from 9.15am in our Garden Room

If any 2021 Class or Special Event dates are not able to proceed due to Covid-19 we would try first to reschedule you to a suitable date. Should no suitable dates be available we will give you a gift voucher for the full value which can be used in our Kitchen Shop and online or for a future class. If preferred we would arrange a full refund. Classes and events are otherwise non-refundable.
We will provide alternative menu items that are gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and nut free. If your dietary requirements fall outside of this, please phone before booking.
