Believing New Zealand had a significant future in premium wine, he founded Foxes Island wines in 1992 which was one of the first wineries to produce single vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This is an opportunity to immerse your taste buds on a Foxes Island wine journey perfectly matched with a multi-course lunch.

For 20 years, he curated the in-flight wine selections for Air New Zealand. Back on the ground, Belsham was also the voice behind the wine reviews for Cuisine Magazine for 16 years, one of NZ’s most trusted sources for food and wine inspiration and recommendations.

If any 2021 Class or Special Event dates are not able to proceed due to Covid-19 we would try first to reschedule you to a suitable date. Should no suitable dates be available we will give you a gift voucher for the full value which can be used in our Kitchen Shop and online or for a future class. If preferred we would arrange a full refund. Classes and events are otherwise non-refundable.
