Calling all seafood lovers, we know you’re out there! At this class we’re cooking up a storm of our favourite dishes from the sea.

Add a touch of elegance to your next dinner party with decadent seafood. Ruth will give you tips and tricks so you can master cooking a variety of fish and shellfish, and it’s easier than you think.

Wonderful seafood all cooked simply with those tasty accompaniments that take a dish from good to great. Ruth will happily share her experience and answer all your questions. She is already dreaming up wine matches.

Class 10.00am – 4.30pm, morning tea served from 9.15am in our Garden Room

Dietary requirements

Our events and cooking classes are set menus however we can provide an alternative menu that is vegan and gluten free. Please advise in the comment section when booking if you require the alternative menu on the day.   

Cancellations:

If any 2022 Class or Special Event dates are not able to proceed due to Covid-19 we would try first to reschedule you to a suitable date. Should no suitable dates be available we will give you a gift voucher for the full value which can be used in our Kitchen Shop and online or for a future class. Classes and events are otherwise non-refundable.
