CHOCOLATE GANACHE
Description
This recipe goes well with Chocolate Almond Macaroons and Dangerously Rich Chocolate Caramel Cake from Astoria
INGREDIENTS
200ml cream
200g dark chocolate buttons or slab, chopped
METHOD
- Pour cream into a small pot and bring to just below boiling point. Add chocolate. Remove from heat and stir till silky and smooth. If necessary you can return the pot to a low heat to help chocolate melt.
