Description
SUNDAY 14 JUNE 2020 NEW DATE. Our summer has not been exactly summer and Ruth has been dreaming of long hot days preferably in Italy. We would all enjoy a gorgeous reminder of the simple pleasures of good food, simply cooked but positively packed with flavour. Oh, Italy we do love your food!
To give you a hint of Te Horo-turned-Italy allow your imagination to drift. Think pink flash-fried prawns, lamb cooked low and slow for hours so it’s nearly melting, fresh pasta with Isle of Capri passata. Perhaps a Negroni, a lazy glass or few of Prosecco or Chianti. Ci vediamo lì.
