He’s not called Mr Champagne in the wine trade for nothing – Brett Newell of EuroVintage is following up his epic Rosé High Tea with a Bubbly High Tea. Book quickly, bubbly-lovers. We know there are lots of you out there!
Brett is already thinking about exploring New Zealand and international bubblies– and (bien sur) finishing with “the real thing”: a proper French champagne. Magnifique!
There will be a range of bubblies opened for tasting and talking and served later with a selection of complementary dishes from Ruth and her team. Some finger food, some more substantial dishes.
The High Tea will be served in Ruth’s beautiful house Springfield, or maybe on the verandah for pure relaxation with a glass of fine bubbly in hand. What a delightful way to spend a late summer’s day. Cheers!
