For private groups of 10 to 40 guests

Guests are invited to work with our chefs in the Springfield House Kitchen making fresh pasta. From then on guests can relax and enjoy the hospitality of Ruth Pretty Catering, with a buffet lunch and dessert and time for some cricket if the weather allows.

Suggested Programme
10:30am Guests arrive

10:45am Once guests are settled the Ruth Pretty Catering chefs will demonstrate preparing ingredients and rolling fresh pasta.

11:15am After the demonstration guests will be invited to make fresh pasta from scratch. 

12:15pm Pasta will be followed by a buffet lunch and dessert

1:00pm- 3:30pm Guests will then be able to enjoy the afternoon outside playing cricket, croquet and petanque in the Springfield garden

Price: $135.00 (excluding GST) per adult, $70.00 (excluding GST) per child (up to 10 years)

This price includes exclusive use of the Springfield house and garden, and recipes to recreate your favourite dishes form the class at home. Prices exclude beverages.
