RED ONION SALSA

Combine the ingredients just prior to serving. Use with cold meat in a sandwich.

This recipe goes with prawn and avocado cocktail with herbed chickpeas.

INGREDIENTS

175g (1) red onion (finely diced)
60g (2 small) tomatoes (peeled and finely diced)
4 tsp finely chopped parsley

4 tbsp finely chopped dill
1/2 tsp finely chopped red chilli (deseeded)


METHOD

  • Into a bowl place red onion, tomatoes, parsley, dill and chilli and combine.
