Picking up ideas and baking styles for breads, cakes, pastries and biscuits from all over the world, Dean shares his experience and enthusiasm generously.  His life is a whirl of international travel, baking business development and classes, so Ruth is delighted to have booked a day in January on a rare trip back home.  The class will cover a range of his favourite bakes from around the world, looking and tasting fabulous, so you can make them yourself at home.
