MOTHER EARTH COCKTAIL
Description
(for one cocktail)
INGREDIENTS
small ice cubes (or crushed ice)
30ml (2 tbsp) Kaffir Lime Leaf Infused 42 Below
5ml (1 tsp) Lemon Grass Syrup
25ml (2 tsp) lime juice
5ml (1 tsp) runny Manuka honey
5ml (1tsp) lychee syrup (from can of lychees)
1 lychee (canned)
METHOD
- Half fill a 140ml martini glass with ice.
- Add Kaffir Lime Leaf Infused 42 Below, Lemon Grass Syrup, lime juice, honey and lychee syrup and swizzle.
- Garnish with lychee.
