Julie Le Clerc just adores Paris. It’s a spiritual haven - she has a collection of Eiffel Towers – and frequent trips recharge her family and culinary batteries. Now Food Editor of Next magazine, Julie trained at Le Cordon Bleu, and has been a café owner, caterer and chef, award-winning cookbook author and popular presenter at Springfield. Her food is "partly inspired, partly  invented” and shows her own very individual flair. "French food is focused on fresh seasonal produce and classic techniques, and spring is the ideal time to explore these ingredients for  authentic tastes,” she says, excited about sharing her latest discoveries of modern French dishes. Think "divine patisserie treats” and delicious stories from this indefatigable traveller about her foodie finds and the pleasure of just being in Paris. Sigh. (Classes run from 10am - 4pm.
