How cool would it be to invite your friends to your birthday party, and serve fantastic food you’ve made yourself?
Ruth is thinking about a menu of tasty food guaranteed to please, and mostly prepped in advance so you spend the time with your friends. A menu that will appeal to (say) 9-14 year olds, full of flavour and mostly eaten with your fingers. Think little pies and pizza, dips to go with chips, delishimo little cakes and sweet treats.
As always, Kids at these sessions watch and learn by making the menu themselves, under the guidance of Ruth and her team of helpful chefs. Everyone has a ball and Ruth denies the suggestion this is a cunning plan to train the next generation of chefs for her kitchen!
