In farewell to the wonderful summer of 2016, Ruth will explore the relaxed, stylish foods of Italy. She says weddings and dinners in the “pass the platter please” Italian family style are more popular than ever, stimulating conversations and helping create a sense of wellbeing at the table, with family and friends. Very Italian. Ruth is planning some classic dishes plus some newer approaches making the most of the late autumn bounty, inspired by her memories of Italy. Plus the fact that almost everyone seems to adore Italian food!
