Our choice as shown is:
- Tomato Chilli Jam made from fleshy outdoor tomatoes and just a little chilli. This savoury jam is perfect with eggs, sausages, cheese or particularly delectable with lots of butter on a warm cheese scone.
- Rhubarb Orange Jam responds very well to whipped cream so layer both between sponge cake. This is Ruth's current favourite topping for breakfast toast. Not too sweet and not too sour.
- A dollop of old fashioned Crab Apple Jelly is delightful with all pork and chicken dishes. Use it in chicken or ham sandwiches and of course divine on scones with lashings of butter.
