Ruth is whipping up some winter warmers and you're invited. Not just any winter warmers though,this special cooking class will be a curation of Ruth's favourite Christmas Class recipes. 

Join us on the shortest weekend of the year and take home some recipe ideas for those cold winter nights. Following the class, a cosy and ambient lunch will be served by the fire in the Springfield House dining room.

Class 10.00am – 4.30pm, morning tea served from 9.15am in our Garden Room

Dietary requirements

Our events and cooking classes are set menus however we can provide an alternative menu that is vegan and gluten free. Please advise in the comment section when booking if you require the alternative menu on the day.   

Cancellations:

If any 2022 Class or Special Event dates are not able to proceed due to Covid-19 we would try first to reschedule you to a suitable date. Should no suitable dates be available we will give you a gift voucher for the full value which can be used in our Kitchen Shop and online or for a future class. Classes and events are otherwise non-refundable.
