Baked Camembert with Seville Orange Marmalade and Toasted Pistachios with Baguette
1 x 175g-200g round Camembert
10g toasted and roughly chopped pistachios
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Cut top rind off Camembert, leaving the sides and base still intact.
Place Camembert into 12cm Cheese Baker cut side facing upwards.
Spread Seville Orange Marmalade over the top and scatter with pistachios
Cover with lid.
Place into preheated oven and bake for 7-8 minutes or until warmed through and soft but not melted.
Serve warm with crusty baguette.
