BRANDY CREAM
Description
(for 6-8 serves)
Serve with Lattice Christmas Mince Tart
INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) cream
24g (3 tbsp) icing sugar
45ml (3 tbsp) brandy or cognac
METHOD
- Whip cream and sugar together till cream has soft peaks and then quickly fold in brandy.
