Description

An extremely popular braised lamb dish topped with Indian style pickle from the Al Brown bible.  How about a glass or two of Syrah with this?

Braised Lamb Shoulder: In recyclable plastic container. Refrigerate at 5 ˚C or less. Either reheat until hot in microwave, or place in an oven tray in a 170˚C oven for 20-25 minutes or until hot all the way through. Hint: test with a metal skewer. Do not freeze. 

Kasundi and Rice: In recyclable plastic containers. Refrigerate at 5˚C or less. Reheat until hot in microwave. Do not freeze.

Eggplant Kasundi contains trace amounts of gluten.
