BARBECUED STEAK SANDWICHES WITH SUN-DRIED TOMATO PESTO
(makes 10 serves)
For hearty eaters allow two sandwiches each, particularly if serving for a main course.
- While flatbreads are still warm, pinch the two ends together to expose the centre and the Sundried Tomato Pesto.
- Spread a layer of mayonnaise on one of the centre sides.
- Fill centre of flatbread with lettuce, a warm Barbecued Rib Eye Steak and a Slow Roasted Tomato half. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately with lots of napkins, encouraging guests to eat with their hands.
