Long lazy lunches could have been invented for Springfield, Ruth and Paul Pretty’s Te Horo property.  Sweeping lawns, gracious verandahs, stately trees and colourful flower beds provide a perfect backdrop for a lovely long relaxed group lunch for 10 or more.

Many family celebrations and office groups have enjoyed a bit of hands-on helping to create and then devour delicious pizzas from the wood-fired oven.

Ruth’s latest idea continues the “relaxed and tasty” theme   …  as participants load up skewers of marinated meats and veges for the barbecue grill and whip up simple flatbreads to complete a sumptuous Middle-Eastern style feast.  Of course a yummy dessert to follow.  All under the guidance of Ruth’s chefs. Then  …  kick back and enjoy the garden. No dishes.

This price includes exclusive use of the Springfield House and Kitchen, a set of recipes for guests to take home and lunch led by Ruth Pretty Catering Chefs. Prices excludes wine and beer. With your proposal we will show you a range of beverages to choose from.
