12 JULY 2018:  An American invention, brunch is ideal for our relaxed lifestyle … and a perfect platform for Kids in the Kitchen to strut their stuff. Small yet deliciously tasty dishes are often easier for small hands to manage than bigger productions. Ruth won’t say exactly what’s involved, but as everyone should know how to cook perfect bacon maybe that’s on the menu? Brunch without bacon just isn’t the same.

Best for kids 9-14, these classes are happy and noisy as kids enjoy hands-on learning with a bit of mess. Experienced chefs are on hand to help and guide the kids, endearingly wrapped up in aprons and very intent on their work. The sense of pride and achievement is obvious as our learner cooks complete their tasks and pack up goodies to take home to share.
