Laurent Loudeac from Châteaubriant in the Loire Valley, northwest France, has always said that he would love to take you on a tour to his hometown to meet his Mum. Marie-Jo is ready to cook up a storm for this homecoming but as you all know Laurent and a team cannot travel. So, we have convinced our friend the charming chef Laurent Loudeac to share his Mum’s best recipes here at Te Horo. Simple family -style food created with history and love. I bet you have already guessed what the main course will be.

Guests will take home particularly tasty food and wine memories, set of recipes, and the confidence to wow your own family and friends with French food. Laurent will immerse you with stories of growing up in this part of France with its picture-perfect chateaux and world class wines. Oh dear don’t we all wish we could visit?  Cheers to Marie-Jo.
