SATURDAY 1 AUGUST    

Go hands-on with our baker John Hornyak and Ruth and feel the power of flour as they take you on the sourdough journey. The motto is "Get in elbows and all”. John is an experienced baker who will demystify sourdough step-by-step. Don’t you wish we had this class prior to lock down?  

Take home a flavour-packed sourdough loaf, made with your own floury hands, along with the ingredients you will need to begin another loaf at home.  To cover sourdough down time there will be doughnut creation!  By the way, bring to the class all your bread questions for discussion. And of course, there will be a convivial lunch featuring sourdough and some very tasty wines.
