Brrrrr the country side can sure get cold in the middle of winter so Ruth is whipping up some winter warmers and you're invited. Snow is subject to availability.

This special class will be a curation of Ruth's favourite Christmas Class recipes. 

Join us on the shortest weekend of the year and take home some  recipe ideas for those cold winter nights. Following the class, a cosy and ambient lunch will be served by the fire in the Springfield House dining room.

Class 10.00am – 4.30pm, morning tea served from 9.15am in our Garden Room

Covid-19 Cancellations

If any 2021 Class or Special Event dates are not able to proceed due to Covid-19 we would try first to reschedule you to a suitable date. Should no suitable dates be available we will give you a gift voucher for the full value which can be used in our Kitchen Shop and online or for a future class. If preferred we would arrange a full refund. Classes and events are otherwise non-refundable.
