Demonstration and Tapas Lunch

For groups of 10 to 30 guests.



Suggested Programme: (timings can be adjusted to suit requirements)

9.30am Guests arrive at Springfield House.

Morning tea, espresso, tea, herbal tea and lavender lemonade is served.

10.00am Ruth Pretty Chef introduces demonstration. Guests are seated for demonstration (of tapas style lunch menu) in Springfield house kitchen.

11.45am Guests are invited on a tour of the herb and salad gardens, and the RPC kitchen.

12.15pm Guest seated in dining room and lunch is served.

1.45pm Guests are free to spend time in the Kitchen Shop.

2.00pm Guests depart Springfield.

Price: $120.00 (excluding GST) per guest


This price includes exclusive use of the Springfield house and garden, a set of recipes and a signed cookbook for guests to take home.  Prices excludes wine. Please see the wine list here.
