Ruth has risen to a challenge from Helen Meehan (Olivo Olive Oil) and Mary Biggs (Lavenders Green) to create clever and delicious puddings from their olive oils and preserved lemons. As you would expect for a gorgeous ladies lunch with a difference, they’ll be served with delicious dessert wines. Simply heavenly.

Ruth will show guests a quick demo of each pudding (naturally we think they’re perfect, and a pretty clever use of some top ingredients), before our ladies enjoy their lunch.

For fun, our venue is the Match Wine Bar for this one-off treat. It’s already being talked about as a Wellington on a Plate star.

We love working with innovative food people, and this is going to be a fun, perfectly pudding only lunch. You can even go back to work afterwards if you have to.
