Citrus Sour Cream
Description
(makes 140g)
This dressing is also very nice with smoked salmon.
INGREDIENTS
125g (½ cup) sour cream 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest 5ml (1 tsp) lemon juice 1 tsp finely grated orange zest |
5ml (1 tsp) orange juice 1 tsp finely grated palm sugar ¼ tsp flaky sea salt |
METHOD
· Into a small bowl place sour cream, lemon zest and juice, orange zest and juice, sugar and salt.
· Using a large fork or whisk, whisk vigorously to combine all ingredients.
· Set aside at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour for flavours to infuse.
· Use immediately or store covered in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
