Almost all baking needs to be cooled down on a cake rack after coming out of the oven so that it doesn't steam, and this is the Ruth Pretty Catering kitchen's favourite rack. It's sturdy enough to take large cakes or lots of cupcakes, allowing for good air circulation. Basic but necessary.
