ORDERING
Please order by whichever method suits you best. You can print out the mail order form by
clicking here and return it by either fax (06-364 3262) or mail (PO Box 16-041, Te Horo 5544).
Or you can click
here to order on-line. The order form will automatically calculate the totals as you go.
When booking on-line, please check the information you enter is correct before committing to payment. Please do not use the ‘Back button’ once you have started the payment process. If you have made a mistake, or the instructions advise there has been an error, please close out of the website and start the transaction again.
When the credit card payment process is complete, a box from the bank’s DPS system will come up showing the payment is accepted. Please click on NEXT (with a red arrow) where requested, to bring up a confirmation of the transaction. This is a tax invoice and we recommend you print it for your records.
PAYMENTS
You may pay for your order by cheque (if you send the form by mail) or (for on-line orders) by credit card (Mastercard or VISA only). Your payment will be processed immediately and then your order will be processed. Please include your phone number and/or email address as requested so we can contact you with any questions.
All purchases made from Ruth Pretty Catering from this site are in New Zealand dollars, and include the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless expressly stated otherwise.

USING GIFT VOUCHERS
You are welcome to use our gift vouchers to pay for Kitchen Shop items, Cooking School classes or catering by Ruth Pretty Catering. If you want to use a gift voucher to pay for on-line purchases, there is a box there for the voucher number and a value just press the add button and your voucher will list out below, you can do this multiple times. The total of your vouchers will be deducted off the order total.
DELIVERY
For orders over $500 (excluding the cost of gift vouchers) we will waive delivery fees and give you a set of Ruth Pretty Tea Towels.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & REFUND POLICY
If you are not happy with the quality or condition of the items on arrival, please let us know immediately. We will arrange for them to be collected from you, returned and replaced at no additional charge.
